Jeni Conley Vice President/Owner

Jeni is a newer shooter/instructor who lived the majority of her life without an understanding of firearms. Over the past 10 years, she has learned the value of firearms training for a woman's self-empowerment and along the way felt something was missing in her training. Jeni is excited to continue to train and to present law-abiding citizens in her community with her perspective and experiences in the firearms industry.

Jeni has 20 years of corporate recruiting and human resources experience. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations and completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
