Matt Conley President/Owner

Matt is a current law enforcement officer and served in the US Army with over 22 years of experience and multiple combat deployments. Matt served on a part-time SWAT Team and specialized as a Tactical Bomb Technician assigned to the Bomb Squad before transitioning departments and earning a position on a full time SWAT Team where he currently serves as a Tactical Emergency Medical Services (TEMS) Operator and is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Matt has been instructing firearms training since 2008 and has developed and instructed force-on-force scenario based training to Illinois police agencies.

Matt started his military career in the Infantry before moving into the intelligence community where he served as a Human Intelligence Collector, Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent, and CI Instructor. Matt has a varied depth of experience as a Certified Security Specialist, pistol and rifle armorer, and he has earned his bachelor's degree in Management.
