Matt is a current law enforcement officer and serves in the US Army with over 20 years of experience and multiple combat deployments. Matt served on a part-time SWAT Team and specialized as a Tactical Bomb Technician assigned to the Bomb Squad before transitioning departments and earning a position on a full time SWAT Team. Matt has been instructing firearms training since 2008 and dedicated the years to the development and instruction of force-on-force scenario based training to Illinois police agencies.

Matt started his military career in the Infantry before moving into the intelligence community serving as a Human Intelligence Collector and Counterintelligence Special Agent currently serving as a qualified instructor. Matt has a varied depth of experience as an Instructor, Certified Security Specialist, pistol and rifle armorer, and he has earned his bachelor's degree in Management.

Jeni is a newer shooter/instructor who lived the majority of her life without an understanding of firearms. Over the past 10 years, she has learned the value of firearms training for a woman's self-empowerment and along the way felt something was missing in her training. Jeni is excited to continue to train and to present law-abiding citizens in her community with her perspective and experiences in the firearms industry.

Jeni has 20 years of corporate recruiting and human resources experience. She earned her bachelor's degree  in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations and completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration. 

Tyler was a US Marine prior to beginning his career in law enforcement. Tyler served on a part time SWAT Team before transitioning departments and earning his position to a full time SWAT Team. Tyler holds multiple positions within that team and specializes in hostage rescue, barricaded subjects, close quarters battle, and vehicle interdiction techniques. Tyler is dedicated to the development of all areas of tactics and training proficiency.
